Valid reasons to return an item

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please inform us  within 12 hours items of the delivery date. We don’t accept because of your change of mind.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in the Nagorik mart packaging box, it must be returned in the same condition. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box

How to Return a Product

Sign in to your Nagorikmart Account, select My Orders.
Select the order you wish to return and click on the Manage Order button.
Click on Return Items. or inbox us on Our Facebook page

How to get refund

We do not currently offer refunds. We will change that product and give you a new product.  However, you can take other products of equal value.
